How To Turn on Dark Mode in Vivaldi Browser

Vivaldi is definitely one of the lesser-known web browsers out there, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t any good! Vivaldi, another browser-based off Chromium, is a fully-featured and privacy focuses browser.

It is unique for it’s side bar menu options, and great implementations s like taking screenshots and it’s “Take a Break” feature.

Like a lot of modern-day applications, there is a tonne of white space. Thankfully, Vivaldi does come with a dark mode. It comes with a bunch of themes, in fact, making this another great addition to the browser.

Let’s see how we can turn on dark mode in Vivaldi.

Head To Settings

Settings are a little different and unique in Vivaldi. You will find access to the settings menu in the sidebar on the left hand side. Simply hit the small settings icon.

From here you will land in the Settings menu. The option for Themes is the third one down, so select it.

You will be presented with an assortment of themes, one of which is Dark Mode. Whilst Dark is of course the darkest, there are a handful of other themes that are easier on the eye, such as Human, Blueprint and Private.

Simply select the one you want to go with. It will automatically change based on your selection. That’s all there is to it!
